Spicy Herbed Chicken & Vegetable Slow Cooker Stew

Ingredients
* College Inn Culinary Broth - White Wine & Herb, 2 cup
* Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Potato, raw, 1.5 cup diced
* Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
* Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 0.5 cup
* Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 28 ounces
* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1.5 tsp
* Marjoram, dried, 0.5 tsp
* Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
* Chili powder, 0.25 tsp
* Basil, 0.5 tbsp
* Garlic, 3 cloves
