  1. Turnips are not only rich source of anti oxidants but also a very rich source of Vitamin C, A and E. Now Vitamin C is very essential for connective tissue health and repair. Thus turnip help fighting disease like scurvy, gingivitis and is useful for the repair of skin and muscles. Vitamin A is very useful in fighting night blindness while Vitamin E is necessary for skin and give skin its glow.
