Cranberry Walnut Coconut Bread

Ingredients

2/3 cup sifted TIANA Organic Coconut Flour
½ cup TIANA Organic Virgin Coconut Oil or butter, melted
½ cup TIANA coconut cream, melted
½ cup TIANA Organic Raw Crystallised Coconut Nectar
8 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon extract
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup walnuts, chopped
