Baked Artichokes & Onions Topped With Tilapia**Recipe On Cooking Video Page**Preheat oven to 350*
Ingredients:
5 pieces Tilapia
2 cups marinated artichokes, rinsed well, squeeze
1 cup red onions, chopped
Pepper
Mrs. Dash, original
Recipe Mix:
Olive oil spray your baking dish, then mix your artichokes and onions in a bowl. Now place mixture onto the bottom of your baking dish. Pepper to your desire, then lay your pieces of tilapia on top. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Bake uncovered 50 minutes. DELICIOUS!!
