Having Trouble Sleeping? This could help

 When I was having issues with my right foot, my foot nurse encouraged me to soak it for ten minutes in warm salt water.

So I did.

Then I ran out of coarse salt, so I switched to epsom salt which turned out to be cheaper. And I discovered something incredible.
