Is Popcorn Okay For Keto?

Net carbs are calculated by taking the total grams of carbs in a food and subtracting the fiber. Wait for it! Popcorn has 6 grams of carbs per (popped) cup, and 1.2 grams of fiber which totals 4.8 grams. Whoo hooo!!! So have some popcorn, keeping in mind the carb count.

I'll be adding lots of butter to mine.
