My Second Challenge: Carve Out A Sleep Schedule

By now, it's sunk into my head that I do my best writing at 4am. That's so NOT fair! Not fair, that is, if I'm staying awake all night, getting a so-so sleep and ruining my health in the process. But what if I get to sleep early (early for me being midnight) and, say, if I happen to wake up around 4am and can't fall back to sleep immediately? What if I stay up for a while and write then?

This is merely a theory. I'm the most unpredictable creature. I've tried doing this before, with little to no success. HaHa (mad scientist crowing laughter), but what if I do something to outsmart my inner rebel? What if I set an alarm clock to go to sleep by - a signal alerting me that it's time to start my bedtime routine? Is it possible I could re-trail my inner rebel?

I give a re-sounding, "We'll see!"

The alarm clock idea: it's not mine. I read that somewhere. But hey, all else has failed, why not give this a go? The alarm clock is batteried up and perched on top of my television in the living room. And, yes, the alarm is set.

Goal for now: Ysie; I've neglected her story all weekend.
