Pushed through chapter ten last night. Whew! That was most difficult. Finally, Ysonde opened up about a couple things, and it made sense. Wish she'd stop being so contrary though.
Helped Dad with yard work yesterday, I'm guessing getting out into the sunshine and doing some outdoor exercise jazzed up the creative juices. In the matter of an hour, we'd made serious improvements to the landscape beside the house. Looking forward to working outside again, unless Dad decides it really is too blustery to rake leaves.
Goal for now: perhaps critique a chapter for a fellow writer. We'll see ...
