With my apartment now looking like a writer's retreat, I'm turning my attention to myself. I've been low-carbing it since last October, however, I'm adding some exercise to my routine. Found videos on YouTube of a program I used to watch when I was 20. That was a while ago. I'm not going to kill myself with the fast-pace at the beginning, but it's nice to see a familiar face doing routines I know. Gotta love YouTube!

The exercise gets my brain going, creative juices flowing and I'm ready to have a productive day.

Goal for now: editing.
