Today was a quiet day. I needed it. Had a fast-paced week (fast-paced for me) what with getting my computer set up, familiarizing myself with my new software and then writing and critiquing. Also, the excitement of having the second-last edits done on Bouquets and Motorbikes gave me a rush of adrenalin. But when I settle back down to earth, it's always with a bit of a bump.
I did absolutely no writing today, except for what you're reading now. That's it. Maybe you could say it's the calm before the storm because tomorrow I'm stepping up my schedule: two stories at the same time, Friday I'm on the last of the edits for Bouquets and Motorbikes, and then back to my studies. I've sadly neglected them lately.
Goal for now: relax a little more.
