Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
If you miss your Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, you'll love this ultra-rich smoothie bursting with cocoa.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
8 oz soft tofu (non-genetically modified)
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp flaxseed or melted coconut oil
Sweetener equivalent to 2 tsp sugar
4 ice cubes
Pour almond milk into blender and add remainder of ingredients. Blend and serve immediately. Serves 1.
