"I had a tense scene to describe in a story I was recently writing. It required a scene between two fighters using tae kwon do. My daughter has a black-belt, so I asked her a lot about the scene. Then I actually acted it out to see how each fighter would move. It was engrossing. I actually felt like I was in the scene. It was fun to write."
