Gay what has been your favorite part of being an author? What has been your least favorite?
I love writing and creating stories. Sitting quietly at the computer for hours is a joy. I’m quite often amazed at how quickly time flies. My least favorite thing is promotion. We must get our name and books out there for people to know about them. I love
speaking to an audience, but I don’t enjoy contacting groups to tell them I’m available. It seems a little pushy to me. When a group invites me out of the blue, I’m always thrilled to make presentation, but too often, I must seek that invitation.

When we attempt to serve the Lord, I sometimes wonder why He doens't make it easier. Thanks for helping authors with promotion!
ReplyDeleteI think it's because His strength is made perfect in our weakness. When we think we can't, He lets us know we can do all things through Christ Who strengthens us.
DeleteI enjoy helping promote Christian, inspirational, and sweet books. As long as the rating is G to PG (nothing vulgar), I'll help promote simply because clean, wonderful stories are being overshadowed by filth.
