Harvest.

Harvest. Be sure to prune back your plants to keep them compact and bushy. Use those herbs to cook with or dry for the future. Pinch off dead leaves and toss away fallen foliage to avoid pests.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you have tried and failed with indoor gardening before, invest in a good growing light or try one of the prepared growing systems like the Aerogarden or Chia herb pots.
  • Don't buy wilted or straggly looking herb plants, hoping they will bounce back. Plants may carry pests or disease to your other plants and will most likely not thrive.
