Company has gone. Wishing my baby brother only the best with the next chapter of his life.

And I now have my office back.

Today, I woke early and am ready and raring to get back to Mick. He's been nagging me. Good nagging. This kind of nagging I don't mind. He's let me know how he wants the next chapter to advance the story, and I'm thinking he's got it right. Mick is one smart cookie. Male self-assurance is quite an attractive quality in a man; they don't put up with baloney and yet they're not mean. There's no dependence on mind-games to get what they want. They don't have to. Patience is a virtue. And they realize that anything worth having is worth waiting for: none of this childish, tantrum-throwing 'I want it now' mentality.

Le sigh ... Mick.  You made me laugh yesterday. What's up your proverbial sleeve today?

Goal for now: go talk to Mick.
