I know. I said I'd be posting stories about Ysonde and her doll. And I will be. However, I am enjoying my new computer very much and have been getting acquainted with it. I'm not sure when I'll post the next short instalment from Ysonde's childhood, but shouldn't be too long now. There are a few things that need to be explained in these vignettes that were left unanswered in Orchids for Roses, and won't be answered in Bouquets and Motorbikes either. Yet, they are significant. They are like a window, and through them I'm watching cutscenes of Ysonde's life.

I have no idea where I received inspiration to write about Ysonde. I don't even know if there is a living person I'd patterned her after. Deborah is simple to figure out: in a way, she's me. That playfulness, easily guilt tripped, but her standards -- she won't let anyone talk her out of them. Yep, def. me. But Ysonde ... she is a mystery, hein?

My goal for now: sleep.
