Getting a little personal with author Mary L. Ball

 

I am the wife of an Associate Pastor. My faith is what sparks my writing. I started out writing Christian Articles for Examiner and ventured on to Inspirational Fiction later.  

 

I’m always asked how I get motived to write. The truth is, I enjoy sharing my faith through fiction. It’s important to me, to show that everybody has to face trials, no matter who they are. I don't rely on religion to define my novels, I depend on God's word. Religion often has traditions. Church customs aren't always based on God's word and can draw people away from the real meaning of grace that Jesus Christ has for us.
