Ingredients
- 1/4 cup organic virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 cup organic coconut cream (scrape the creamy top layer inside a can of Native ForestRegular Coconut Milk)
- 6 oz. Dagoba Chocodrops (74% cacao)
- 4 oz. Dagoba Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, chopped
- 30 drops Stevia Clear Liquid Stevia, to taste
- Organic orange or mint extract (optional)
- Chopped nuts, toasted coconut, and organic, non-dutched cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and coconut cream and bring to a simmer.
- Place the chocolate drops and chopped chocolate in a medium metal bowl and pour the coconut mixture over.
- Whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add stevia and sweeten to taste. Add extracts (if using) to taste.
- Transfer to fridge for two hours.
- When mixture is firm, remove the bowl from the fridge. Using a small mellon baller, scoop out chocolate and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Roll chocolate balls in cocoa, nuts or coconut, as desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
