LOW CARB BEEF JERKY

Beef Jerky

Marinade One
3 lbs lean beef London Broil
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoons brown sugar twin

Marinade Two
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh garlic -- or powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon liquid Barbecue Smoke®
You can increase any of these if you want more flavor Trim excess fat and
slice 1/8 thick across grain. Marinade meat in mixture for 48 hours. Rotate frequently. Drain and pat
meat dry Place foil in bottom of oven for drips, stretch meat out on oven racks Oven
no higher than 125 degree and prop door open with a wine cork, or something that size Remember we are
drying meat not cooking it turn meat and rotate every hour, should be done in 4-6 hours
NOTES : Notes from poster: Since the marinade is drained off and the meat
patted dry, there should be no more than 1 carb per 4 ounces of beef.
