Don't Skimp on Sleep

We've all experienced times when sleep doesn't come easy. Sometimes it's work, sometimes it's school, and sometimes it's just being busy. It's tempting to just cover up the problem with caffeine, but sleep deprivation can wreak havoc on your health, even if your diet is perfect.
Here are 5 easy steps to improve your sleep:
1. Make sleep a priority, even if it means the house stays a mess for a little longer. 8 hours a night minimum in the beginning and more or less as you build a solid routine. Sleep long enough that you can wake up without an alarm.
