It's when a narcissist or sociopath or psychopath gets a giddy high from telling a whopper of a story and believes they've gotten away with it.

Remember when it was a common belief that a liar couldn't tell a lie while looking you directly in the eye? Yeah, that was a myth. People have the ability to lie without so much as blinking. I've seen it happen myself.

This is why it's so important to listen, really listen to what someone is saying. If it doesn't make sense, it's usually because what they're saying is a lie.
