Low carb, keto friendly bagels
3 cups almond flour
2 tbsp baking powder
3 cups mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese
3 large eggs
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Microwave shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.
Mix the almond flour, baking powder and 2 eggs into the melted cheese mixture.
Knead with your hands until the color is even throughout and dough forms.
Divide the dough into 10 parts. Form into balls. Pat down balls to about an inch thickness and make a hole in the middle with small round cookie cutter.
Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Beat your last egg and add 1 tbsp of water.
Brush egg-wash over the top of your bagels to make the tops golden brown when baked.
Add your toppings of choice.
Bake at 400 F for 13-14 minutes until golden brown.
