It's a good thing this book wasn't longer, because I was holding my breath almost the entire time I read!
While it would be lovely to think that a world where life is so negligible and cheap can't possibly exist,
I'm afraid we're getting close. Ms. Hopper is an excellent writer and doesn't use overly-dramatic or hysterical verbiage
to tell her story. Instead, the tension mounts with a chilling ruthlessness.
Not sure my nerves will be able to handle Episode 2 of this dystopian nightmare world but—I believe Ms. Hopper
already has sown seeds of hope and faith that even the most evil plans of governments and individuals are bound to
fail.
